Glass cookers are efficient in conducting heat and thus heat up food uniformly. This ensures that there is no uneven heating while heating due to even distribution of microwave radiation. Another advantage is that ordinary glass containers do not release harmful substances especially those labelled as microwave-safe. Just remember not to choose glasses that have metallic patterns because they may result into sparks inside your microwave. Lastly confirm the temperature- resistive nature of the glass cooker to ensure it can put up with high temperatures produced by microwaves preventing cracking arising from thermal expansion or contraction.

Ceramic Cookware

Most ceramic cookware is also suitable for use in the microwave. Ceramic has good thermal stability and is able to heat food evenly without releasing harmful substances. However, you should make sure that the ceramic cookware does not have metal decorations or metal components, as these may cause sparks in the microwave.

不锈钢厨具

Stainless steel cookware is not suitable for use in the microwave because the metal reflects the microwaves, which may cause sparks and damage to the microwave. When using stainless steel cookware, it is recommended to choose other microwave-friendly materials such as glass or ceramic.

Aluminum Cookware

Aluminum cookware is not suitable for use in microwave ovens. This is because aluminum is highly reflective and will reflect the microwave energy in the microwave. When the microwaves encounter the surface of the aluminum, they are reflected back into the microwave, resulting in possible sparks and arcs. This can not only cause damage to the interior of the microwave, but may also cause fire or other safety hazards. In addition, the reflective properties of aluminum cookware will prevent the microwave from heating food effectively because the microwaves cannot penetrate the aluminum, which will affect the heating effect of the food.

铸铁厨具

Cast iron cookware is also not suitable for use in the microwave. Cast iron is not suitable for the heating methods of microwave ovens and may cause damage to the microwave oven. It is recommended to choose heat-resistant glass or ceramic cookware, which can be safely and effectively used in the microwave.

总结

In order to ensure that microwave ovens are used safely, it is important to understand the different types of materials that are suitable for them. For safe microwave cooking the best choices are heat-resistant glass and ceramics because on one hand, they do not absorb microwaves but allow them to pass through. On the other hand, aluminum should be avoided along with cast iron or stainless steel pots and pans. Instead, there are other appropriate materials which will help maintain the normal functioning of your microwave oven as well as its safety. I wish you this article can assist you in making an informed decision so that each time you can reheat without any concerns about safety and convenience.

关于我们

Purecook 是一个 炊具制造商 focused on OEM & ODM with over 30 years of industry experience.
