That last row is deliberate. We’ve covered the 201 vs 304 comparison in detail before, and our position hasn’t changed. 201 has no place in food-contact kitchenware. The manganese content is too high, the corrosion resistance is too low, and the cost savings aren’t worth the compliance risk. Some factories still quote 201 for cookware because margins are better. We won’t.
